Jessica:

Sampson Fitness and Shelby have done so much for me! I have always been overweight and unhealthy, but my freshman year of college I gained more weight than ever before. I set in my mind to lose the weight through whatever method I could. I restricted myself and lost 50 pounds, but I was still unhappy. I ran 3 miles daily and ate so few calories that my body and I were mentally and physically drained. I thought cardio and diet were the only way to keep the weight off. I hated the way I looked! Then Shelby wrote me a workout plan for winning a contest on her Facebook page. Everything changed! In just a month my body has changed in more ways then just physical! I have lost inches off my waist, lost jiggle in my thighs, but most importantly gained confidence. I now know how to fuel my body properly and not starve myself and have learned to love my body again. The workouts are intense but totally doable! She makes the plans fit your daily time and fitness level and pushes you to do great things! I could not even lift over 10 pounds on my first day and just a month later I am doing 20! I am amazed and Shelby has made a customer for life!

Grant:

"I told Shelby I was looking for high-intensity workouts to help me build lean muscle/athletic endurance and improve my vertical leap around my very busy schedule. She's always been one of the most passionate athletes and competitors that I know, so I knew she'd deliver. As expected, I nearly threw up on day one (and day two, and day three), but after just two weeks I sent a video of me dunking to Shelby as a reminder that she knows exactly what she's doing. Sarah:

I would love to take the time to brag on Shelby Sampson! I have only known her for a short time, but the encouragement she has given me is amazing. She is a strong woman in so many areas and there is nothing better then adding positive people to your life. 

I reached out to her originally because I liked her legs, so I knew she could steer me in the correct direction to get toned, athletic legs. 

Without hesitation she accepted and we started chatting about my goals. My favorite part of her program are the weekly emails of encouragement, all of which she does not need to do! Since I have used her work out system my confidence has risen.I am wearing shorts (which I never did because I did not like my thighs) and I am toning in areas I was unable to tone on my own. 

I'm beyond grateful for her and her encouragement and I highly recommend reaching out to her!
