"Live Life to the Fittest!" with this four-week challenge!

 

Live Life to the Fittest is designed to be doable for those who are busy and don't have time to workout every single day and cook every single meal. We are all busy and will continue to be for most of our lives. The idea is that we can learn how to live healthier in spite of the business.

 

This challenge will coincide with a TRX class I am teaching beginning September 15th and ending 4 weeks later. Each week there will be a different nutritionally related challenge to attempt. For example, one week the challenge is to only eat when you are hungry. Seems simple, but it's harder than you think! Ultimately, the nutritional challenges are set up to help people develop a healthier relationship with food, and learn more about what is nutritionally beneficial for them.

 

You will be part of a private Facebook group with other members who are doing the same things as you so you can hold each other accountable and share in the journey. You will receive a food and fitness journal, recipes, sample grocery lists, additional workouts, etc.

 

The cost is $75 if you join the TRX class and $100 if you don't join the class. The cool thing is, if you join the class, it comes out to the same amount! This encourages class participation because the accountability portion of the challenge is so important. Also, I believe the class done alongside the challenge will really help you get the most out of the whole experience.
