    Run Rampant is a 12-week workout program designed just for runners. It does require the use of a treadmill, dumbbells, and a physio (exercise) ball. Special stretches just for runners are also included. 

    This book is designed with complete workouts, including the number of reps and sets, and pictures of all exercises. The time it takes to complete the workouts will vary by individual.
